I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with an abundance of shops and restaurants just around the corner. It was a safe and quiet area, perfect for exploring the nearby coastal promenade. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, thanks to the amazing job done by the cleaning staff. The hot water in the rooms was a big bonus. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the hotel sparkling clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great on-site restaurant. The location was perfect, right in the center of the El Congrejo area, close to shops and restaurants. The staff, from the friendly and professional front desk staff to the amazing cleaning ladies, were all attentive and helpful.

Great location in the middle of the business districts with lots of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. Close proximity to the Cinta Costera and easily accessible to other attractions via Uber or taxi. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. The room was basic but had everything we needed, including a good air conditioning system.

We had a fantastic stay here for a few days. The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. We felt safe in this area of the city, even though Panama can have some dodgy areas. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with the wifi in our room. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation services, which was convenient for drop-offs at the airport. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and they served excellent coffee.
The hotel ticked all the boxes for us - spacious room, comfortable bed, amazing shower with endless hot water. The location was excellent, in a safe area and close to transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing a late check-out. We also appreciated the great service from Stephanie, who spoke excellent English.
